OUR PROCEDURES
Negotiation
At the start of the cooperation, negotiations will be held regarding the project, the contract agreement, prices, and schedules. Our objective is not to make a short-term cooperation but to establish a long-term, mutual beneficial cooperation with our clients based on trust and the client's satisfaction with our solutions. We always do our best to accommodate our clients if it's within our capacity and convenient with regards to the options before us. Base on results of these negotiations, we then sign a contract and start work with immediate effect.
Implementation
After we have gathered the requirements, the analysis and implementation of the system is base on iterative methodology SCRUM. We empirically adapt the implementation process to fit the nature of the project and method of cooperation with the client. Our objective is to provide our clients with the system they expect, of the highest standards and within the time frame agreed.
Operation
Our work doesn't end with implementing the final solution in your live environment. For a project to be successful, its benefits must actually exhibit themselves. It isn't enough for a system to just be correctly implemented and deployed, its availability at the time when the users use it must be ensured, its administration, up-to-date data of the system, automation must also be ensured. We administer our clients systems and participate in their development or automation. We guarantee our clients quality services and are responsible for compliance with this level of quality.
