CONFLUENCE

Atlassian Confluence is an advanced application developed by Atlassian where you create, collaborate, discuss and organize your work in your team, department or whole organization. More also, it allows sharing of contents, files and knowledge within your organization.  Confluence also allows you to manage accesses to different contents in your team so that un-authorized persons are not able to view or modify these contents. It also lets you give accesses to anonymous users to view any content you would like to make public.

Furthermore, It allows you to create blogs and quality contents. Confluence is very user friendly and easy to use. Base on the fact that it integrates well with other tools like JIRA, you can also create reports based on JIRA data and share it within your spaces. User email notification is also possible, which notify a user whenever you share a content with the user in your organization and lots more !
